Guarantee Conditions

My guarantee on a return on investment is based upon:

Poor performance

You will be eligible for a full return on investment refund in the instance of poor performance by DL Email Marketing.

When you will not be deemed a full refund

DL Email Marketing takes no responsibility when Client does not communicate effectively, therefore is not considered at fault to poor performance.

One time only set up cost will not be refunded as it is a one time only project that DL Email Marketing will work with until satisfactory standards are met, zero refund policy.

If DL Email Marketing earns more revenue with email marketing than has been paid to DL Email Marketing as for services, if an roi is exceeded no refund is possible.
